As a part of our Singer-Songwriter series, joins us for back-to-back performances on Thursday, December 19, by Maine Singer-Songwriters, Kat Logan and Lauren Crosby. Admission is by suggested minimum donation of $15. The concert series is raising funds for the restoration of the main chapel of the historic Winter Street Church.
Lauren Crosby is well-known locally as both a musician and proprietress of OystHERS Raw Bar and Bubbly next to Waterfront Park on Commercial Street. Raised on the water as the daughter of a lobsterman, Lauren started performing as a teenager and has shared the stage with many well-known artists, including Jonathan Edwards, Drake White, Assembly of Dust, Shawn Mullins, and LISSIE, among others. Her music ranges from folk to classic rock and vintage western, while her songwriting draws on adventures from wide ranging travels and living in many places including Memphis, Albuquerque, California, Alaska, Thailand, and even a stint teaching English in Korea. She is currently recording her third CD at Expanding Sky Studios in the Fort Andross Mill. More information about Lauren and her music is available at https://www.lauren-crosby.com/.

Kat has performed with a virtual who’s who of local and regional stars and currently serves as the music director at Popham Chapel where she has created the Popham Chapel Summer music series with weekly concerts throughout the Summer.
